Admin Portal Databases: The databases on this page are exclusively for your team's internal use. Their sole purpose is to help you and your team efficiently manage all project work and internal operations behind the scenes. These are completely separate from the client-portal databases and not visible anywhere on the client portal.

Client Portal Databases: Client portal databases are present on Portal Databases page in Client Portal. When the portal is shared, these databases and their organized views become instantly accessible to your client.

Important Tip: Even if you grant your client "full access" permissions to their client portal, you can still set the access for the Portal Databases page to "Can view" only. This ensures clients can access the information they need while your backend remains secure.

‼️ PLEASE DO NOT DELETE THESE DATABASES.

• The database and views in the template are views of these databases. You can therefore work with databases and filters freely, without the risk of unintentionally deleting them.
• Keep this page locked to prevent accidental deletion. To lock or unlock it, click the 3 dots at the top right corner of this window and simply toggle the 'Lock Page' option. </aside>
